Meet the team
Our common interest in sports and the drive to push ourselves inspired the idea for this project. We got in contact with the team who provided us with the GPS data and could talk first hand and see if there were any technological needs they had, something besides what they already have that could help with their performance.
We found out we could not only create a project that would challenge us as programmers but also would solve a real problem and had the potential to be scaled not only to other team sports in other disciplines but also to other behavioral models.
We managed to finish on time by creating a careful plan for every section, sticking to the main idea of the MVP and making it fully functional. Having our research be done with real players' information gave us the motivation to continue given that what we were creating was useful and inexistant in this market.
Our plan is to continue pushing through with this project and pushing its potential to see where it leads us.
